Nearly 3 weeks ago I placed an expedited order. A week ago I emailed asking why my order had not been shipped. They said because I needed to send my identification and copy of credit card although I had placed an order with it before. Now they are saying my items are out of stock. I asked for a full refund. They say it will take a week to get my money back. Today I'm calling the FBI and will call my bank for an investigation, the BBB and the FTC. Good luck Sammydress.

I have ordered several items from sammydress.com and was so pleased I have ordered more. The items I have received so far are: funky patterned leggings, a stripey top with colour block long sleeves, a lightweight cotton cardigan with elbow length sleeves, a suede style cross-body bag, and an orange bag organiser. Everything has been good quality, unique and contemporary designs (different from goods in the high street shops) and exceptional value for money. I cannot wait for my other purchases to arrive. I am waiting to receive some jewellery items, a clutch bag, and two jackets. I would recommend sammydress. The items do take a while to be delivered but this is to be expected as they are coming a long way, but they always arrive when due.

Please please do not buy any thing from this web site! This site is a scam, cheap, and have bad customer services. I ordered 20 items for totals of $353.30 and only 7 shipped to me, no matter how many emails you sent to them they don't seem to understand. All my items I order was Sizes XL. I received one items which is a coat and turned out to be Size Medium. I was very disappointed. Send them an email they asking me to took pic and send to them which I did. They email back that they did shipped the correct one. I want to returned and get the size I ordered they even told me that next time choose the right size, I was like what the f**k. They even suggest me that if it doesn't fit me give to a friend. I was like hell no! I asked to get an RMA to returned the items back they wouldn't want me send it back them. I asked for refund for the partial never heard any thing back yet. I have never order from a site that have soo much over stock items like this site. This is outrageous!

Please to everyone in the world do not buy from this website I'm from the United Kingdom ordered nearly 3 weeks ago item arrived in United Kingdom last Tuesday I tracked and it says in transit, and it's still saying it's located in transit have messages them numerous times and after reading a lot of bad reviews online and on YouTube I think their just a scam. Conning innocent people out of money! Should be on watchdog and their site closed down. I still have no idea where my dress is and apparently their clothing is bad quality cheap materials. I would just like to be recognised and to locate my item? Would not want anyone else to have my experience. I doubt if they will get back to me. Not happy at all!

The site sells clothes at a very cheap price. I was afraid to order at first as many described the site as scam however I bought stuff many times and they always arrived. Sometimes they arrive real fast sometimes they take long but they do arrive. I even got a refund for a dress that was out of stock. They never tried to cheat me or anything of the kind. I am always happy with the price I pay for my purchases. I always paid with paypal.

Sammy Dress is a fantastic website to do some online shopping. Not only does it provide a lot of variety, but the items they offer are very inexpensive. Which is amazing considering the level of quality you get. I was a first time shopper and the items that I received looked very much like I expected them to and fit really well. However, there was an item missing from the package I received. I contacted their online support center and the person that responded to me was very friendly and helpful and the missing item was shipped out right away. It should be noted that shipping does take some time, but the wait in my opinion, is completely worth it. Overall, my experience with Sammy Dress has been a positive one, and I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for affordable fashion!

I just had my first experience with Sammy Dress and I was mostly pleased. The order was promptly sent and very well packaged. I am enjoying many of the items that I ordered, particularly the wig. I haven't washed it for the first time yet, but it is soft and easy to manage right out of the package. The color also matches the pictures perfectly. The fibers feel thinner than I expected, but it is really great for the price! It fits well on the head and, although I didn't have to trim it because it was the perfect length for my face, the bang/fringe is a nice and easily manageable style that would be easy to cut a bit shorter if needed. I am very pleased with it and the purchase overall^_^ I will be shopping with Sammy Dress again

Don't be fooled by the cheap prices and empty promises that they offer!
The conventionally have items on the web-site that are ALWAYS out of stock.
Both my sister and I ordered from this website and had some items missing. On the website it says that you have to open the parcel and check BEFORE signing for it, which it garbage. No delivery company would allow you to do it.
I have submitted a ticket regarding missing items and there has been no response for 5 days. I have written to their legal department and they haven't gotten back to me either.

I suggest that if you absolutely must order fro them, do it item by item so that you know what has been shipped to you and what hasn't
