I've bought twice from this website and, even though it took longer than I usually wait for online purchase, the items arrived in perfect conditions and they were AWESOME. The quality is incredible! On and on you get their pathetic replies, and you don't get your product and you are out of picket. You really do get what you pay for by these scammers! Stay away!
I am completely confused at some of the reviews. When you order from companies overseas, you are bound to have one or two things happen... the same thing happens here. Ask questions first, if you can't get your questions answered... DON'T ORDER... and definitely don't order, become disgruntled and then bash the company as if you expected them to be Burger King. I have ordered from Sammydress.com and LOVE every single item I have purchased from them. They tell you how long shipping is going to be. They don't have UPS or FED EX and you can't expect your package to be in the U.S. from the Orient in 6 days... it takes that long on the ground from California to New York. I get compliments on EVERY thing I have worn from them, EVERY time! I am a lifer for Sammydress and as always, I appreciate their business. They have been nothing but courteous...

What a terrible idea was ordering from this people! It taking almost 6 weeks and my items haven't arrived. Contact them and also the call centre but guess what?! They don't understood what I said coz they don't speak good English! And now they are asking me for extra money when I had paid extra for insurance. And when I asked for my money back they try to offer me a 5% discount on future orders! What a joke! Just refund my money since u didn't delivered the items.

I have ordered from Sammydress.com a couple of times and have been very pleased with what I received. The dresses I ordered were made from a soft, silky smooth material that is comfortable and breathable. I will continue shopping there for the quality and amazing prices! It does take awhile, so be patient, but it is worth the wait!

I find that Sammy Dress is good for a specific amount of things. Accessories and Shoes so that's what I stick with and I haven't been disappointed yet. I will say to be careful with clothing sizes because I personally prefer to try things on before purchasing.

I ordered a dress and 2 pair of earings on march 4th. They said it would take 16 to 25 days for I to receive my items. My order number is MM**************. What is going on with my items? I can't even track my number. Plus, When I call the custumer service, they never answer! Can someone who was able to contact them give me a free number I can call them. And Sammydress, I hope my items are not cheap and look exactly as in their pictures. Otherwise, you'll be losing a lot of clients!

As with any wholesale website, you will be skeptical of the quality of the pieces you pick out. I've learned to choose items that have more than 3 pictures of the piece of clothing in question.
My order consisted of 10 items, it arrived in about 2 weeks and was missing 2 items.It wasnt until I e-mailed them that they sent me an e-mail stating that 2 items were missing because they were not in stock and asked if I would like a refund or wait for the items to be back in stock. The 2 missing items were received roughly 2 weeks after I received the e-mail stating it was shipped.
I loved every piece of clothing I bought aside from a skirt that was quite shorter than described. I will be purchasing again soon =)
I ordered a dress 3/11/14 they didn't receive my payment until 3/14/14. It is now April 1st and my order still says processing. I have ordered items from this site before and received them but the shipping process took about a week to ship. As for my most recent I have not gotten an email or anything that says what is going on with my order. I also submitted a ticket to customer service that says there will be a response in 24 hours, I have not received an answer for that as well. Now I believe that the dress I ordered was not in stock. It's funny how they receive payments quick is ever but can't respond back to a simple question. They need to let the customers know what is going on with their order.
I have ordered from sammydress.com i recieved my trainers as promised also i have re-ordered from them and i am just awaiting my order also they have let me klnow that one pair i wanted are out of stock and asked if i wanted an alternative pair in which i have ordered so i am just awaiting them to come as well but in the meantime i am a guy who shops online because it is more convenient for me as i work long hours but also they have helped me in ways i would not get in a local store in the centre of cannes in france as i do not speak french but with all this i am satisfied so far with the help and efficiency of this store
