Well I guess most people aren't' used to over seas ordering. I expected the 2-month wait and I guess some don't. Even if you order a phone case from somewhere overseas expect 2-3months. It's NORMAL. I've purchased before and I did have about a month to wait and didn't receive 2 of my items. I contacted them and they told me when one would be available and sure enough I received a new shipping out date during that time. The 2 is no longer available and they contacted me stating what I would like to do. My items were in great condition and I have ordered again recently and I'm excited! If you're not used to the wait then this site isn't for you.

In simple words, sammydress.com is Amazing. If I were to say something negative, I want them to post or get more MAN/MEN stuff (hahaha), beside that the service, variety in general and quality of the clothes are incredible. I will purchase more items from time to time, need to save money in order to buy and wear awesome stuff/clothes.

I was able to connect with customer service on Live Chat! Fortunately for me, a girl by the name of Crystal, was a HUGE, huge help, answering all my questions and concerns, Extremely PATIENT and dedicated to helping me. She spent at least over a half hour making sure everything was What I Wanted. I highly recommend Live Chat, but in hopes you get someone like Crystal to navigate a helping hand! Yet, I expect to write a second review for a couple dresses, hoodie + a necklace I ordered for the very first time a couple weeks ago... Looking forward see how everything fits & looks!

When your gut tells you to do something, DO IT. I usually alwayssss deal with EBAY i was being cheap i found this dress on sammydress and i learned you get what you pay for. Being cheap caused such aggravation! Their customer service sucks to the utmost! I am livid with them and will NEVER everrrrrrrrrrrrr order from them every again! It shouldnt take this long to process a return, for customer service to get back to you or speak to period! If you have any sense dont order from them, go to ebay and get it!

This company is a scam. They process you money but they won't send your stuff- I've been waiting for 3 months nothing. Finally I saw that a lot of people had the problem and then realized that SammyDress has been scamming people ALL OVER THE WORLD. It sounds dramatic, but its true. They have sent emails asking me if I can wait longer. They have also tried to say that if we take down our bad reviews that they will grant me a $10 store credit. They are ridiculous. Stay away!

Awful, quality is really poor, extremely thin. Sizes are bad, even an xl is tiny. Ordered on 3 September and I just received not even half my order, the rest was out of stock and they don't know when it'll be back in? Why sell an item you don't know when or if you'll be able to deliver? My advice would be avoid and go to primark or a market the quality is better for the orice, which when you've added the shipping on isn't actually that cheap

This is the second time I've made a purchase with Sammy Dress, and like the last time I made a purchase, I am extremely impressed with both customer service and the timely manner in which I'm dealing with.

I see a lot of nasty reviews about the site on other media sites, but personally, all those claims are irrelevant for me, since I've never had an order come in wrong, or not ship out when it was supposed to.

My current order, which said anywhere from 7-15 until shipped, is processing, and I'm super excited to get my boots.

I have submitted a few tickets, asking just for general knowledge or suggesting things on the site, or even needing some help, and every time, depending on time zones, the response is very quick.

I will definitely order from SammyDress again

"I'm okay with the clothes being cheaply made because it is not like they cost very much and you can't expect very much wear for a 5 dollar dress. One thing I did not care for was the fact that their items are never in stock, even if they are in the "new" section. I made a very large order with them and I had to contact them a month later to find out where my order was. Half of my order had not been shipped because it was out of stock but no one felt the need to reach out and say that half the order would NEVER be back in stock. I tried to be understanding and just swap the unsent items with newer items (I assumed to be in stock) and about 20 of their "new" items were not available. I was tired of emailing daily with the Support Team trying to find alternative items. The best thing about their service was that the support team DOES respond to emails within 24-48 hours. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR SIZES, AND BE PREPARED TO WAIT. Buy at own risk. "

Mi experiencia en SammyDress la calificaría con un 7/10. La atención al cliente en bastante buena y aunque es cierto que los pedidos tardan bastante en llegar, sus diseños son preciosos.
He realizado dos pedidos en esta web. El primero me quedaba igual que en la foto pero el segundo era bastante transparente (el forro llega hasta la altura de la cintura) por lo que lo utilizaré para ir a la playa o con un pantalón blanco debajo.

HOPELESS! So excited to found this website, place an order last month and a month later my order is still getting process… No point emailing them as no replied, I waste a whole day tracking down this so call SammyDress address! Finally found it due to me working for a freight company. If I don't get my goods in 3days I will send someone to your address to get my money! 1st and the last time I will ever order from this hopeless website I don't care how cheap you make yourself out to be no one deserves to be waiting over a bloody month and goods are still being process! USELESS!

I ordered 244$ worth of items over two months ago. Have written 6 complaints and never received a single reply. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I even called the customer service number and that didn't even ring. Try it before you order and you will realize it's a complete scam.

WOULD GIVE 0 REVIEWS IF POSSIBLE! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS LIKE MINE. THEY ARE STILL PROCESSING AN ORDER I MADE A MONTH AGO. I WROTE A TICKET AND IT "DISAPPEARED". TRIED CALLING AND BUSY SIGNAL!

I've only had one order with SammyDress before, a purse that I used ALL summer. Stylish, unique and a great size! I have placed a second order with them, within the last week or so, a couple more handbags and a necklace.

The wait time before was about 3 weeks, so I will patiently wait for this next order. I don't under stand why other customers are so upset about the shipping and handling process, it's out of the country ordering. So, it definitely takes a while to process throught customs on both sides.

Besides the point, I love the product I have received so far and cannot wait for my new items!
