I discovered SammyDress through a relative, who showed me a dress I would want to wear at a great value. I quickly went around the other sections of the website and was amazed at the clothes I wouldn't see in my local stores. I ordered, was quick and easy too, and when I screwed up on an order, it could easily be cancelled without hassle. The quality of the clothes were awesome, they fit perfectly and measurements werent off at all. I can't wait to go shopping at SammyDress again.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! (I am NOT giving it 3 Stars, but this website wont allow me to edit the stars portion)
I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise from sammydress.com and when it didn't arrive for almost a month (despite paying extra for the 3-7 day rush delivery), I called and spoke to someone who barely understood English. I was told there were a few items out of stock but since I had specifically ordered them for a few upcoming events, she agreed via phone and email to refund my entire order. It's been two months AND STILL NO REFUND! I'm sick to my stomach over this and, obviously, beyond irate. I've now attempted to reach someone again via phone and only get a message that it's been disconnected. A complaint via email support only gets me a stock "We are processing your refund." message, which is the same infuriating crap message I'll receive to this complaint, if any at all. If everyone else who is in the same boat and is interested in taking further action, please respond to this message and let's see what our next steps are in this process. I refuse to let them take my money and screw thousands of others over as well.
They sell goods at moderate prices and ship out on time.
This was my first order with Sammy Dress, and I have to say I was overall satisfied. The quality and price of the items are great. Customer service reps were very helpful in the status and shipping of my package. Processing took some time, but I was aware of this before purchasing so it was fair. I will order more from them in the future

I ordered from Sammy dress one evening and requested a refund the very next morning. I was lied to and told my order had ship. I was also given a fake tracking number. I should have read real reviews before I ordered, because they have done this to several people. Most haven't even received their order like me. I have started the dispute process against this scam.

I have used Sammydress numerous times and will continue to do so as I am really satisfied with it. Yes the processing and shipping is long and expensive (depending where you live, I live in Canada) but once you get used to it and plan accordingly if you need the piece for a special occasion, then the quality you get for the price you paid is seriously ridiculous. The earrings I keep ordering from this site are the only cheap ones I can wear day in and day out WITHOUT the causing any infections, which is really important to me. Plus, they have a ridiculous amount of selection and the stuff is genuinely cool. I can get designer look alike pieces for a fraction of the price! Finally, their costumer service is on-point. Every time I have a question, a complaint or a status change I either get an email really quickly or my questions are answered within reasonable time on my account. Overall, I really love Sammydress!

My order of 20 items arrived today. The clothes are great quality, the sizes match and except for a couple loose buttons they're in perfect condition.
When ordering from Sammydress you need patience. The order will take at least a month to get to you.
It was worth the wait in my case. I recommend this site, the admins are friendly and the clothes look as advertised.
