I ordered a size XXL dress and a blouse, but received a size S. I have tried for a couple of months to get a replacement or refund and they just keep telling me that it would cost me too much to mail the items back.

They say that I received the correct size, but I've measured them and compared the measurements to their size chart. They are definitely a size small! I even sent pictures to them, but it didn't do any good.

They suggest I keep them and give them as a gift. That isn't an option. I'll never order from them again.

I found Sammy dress online store on Facebook by accident. While perusing but what i can say is that i have absolutely no regrets for stumbling upon this site. The prices! Made my eyes popped in surprise as to how extremely low they were. Products are very trendy and very inexpensive. Cheap cheap for products of those styles and quality. How i know this? A friend of mine ordered some jackets from them and they were awesome. And on my little island of Jamaica where taxes are high, its always good to save money when purchasing goods and Sammy dress provides that for me "

I like this shop, as it's simple to use with fair price and good quality. Also the speed of the shipping and the conversations with support center is excellent. Why only four stars our of five? For me the freight costs are a little too high - sorry guys.

I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift on Nov. 14. The site says 3 days to process. Two weeks later I checked on my order and it was still processing. I sent in a ticket and got an automated message saying the product is out of stock due to high demand. Why sell products that are out of stock? I cancelled my order and asked for my full refund. I will see what they say. I have contacted an attorney for fraud. Those of you who have been scammed I suggest the same thing.

I received my order after 2 weeks and it was shipped to my house directly. When opened it, no tag for handling. Some of the thread was visible and out of place. Feels nice. Recommend for small and medium sizes since it is one size. Still very pretty and I've gotten a lot of compliments.

I was very hesitant at first to buy from this site thinking it's just the same with other wholesale websites. But I gave it a try and it did not disappoint me at all!

The one thing that striked me most was the customer service. For my first order, I talked to one of their CS agents, George, and he/she was able to help me sincerely. Good thing I had my order checked coz it turned out that my item was out of stock and we had it replaced right then and there!

The store is great! I have ordered many things and everything is shipped to northern Europe in aprox. 1 - 1,5 month time. The things are packed good, nothing has come to me broken. The staff is very kind and helping! :)
