Not only is the clothes beautiful and well made, but the after sales support has been great. An item I ordered was out of stock, and I received an immediate refund. One item was a little too small and I gave it to a friend who loved it, and Sammy gave me a discount coupon in appreciation. I recently receive my order from Sammy Dress and it does arrive at the time that it is supposed to arrive, they promise 7 to 25 days at it arrives 22 days to my front door. I love the stuff that i ordered are true to the size and color and fitting. I am a petite woman and one size fits me perfectly, what I can say is when you order you make sure you have the measurement conversion right cause this is Asian women sizes. But you will find the measurement conversion in this sight and you just put on your measurement then there shouldn't be a problem with the fitting and the shipping we have to understand that this is International shipping and the number of days that it be delivered and for them to take your order has to take time. I guess that if we want the stuff that we order we just have to be a little patient especially International orders. Im in the US and the time that my order arrived to me is very reasonable. And they have the best clothing collections ever.

Sammy Dress is my favorite online store. I was referred to the site by a friend, and I am very grateful she introduced me to it. I have tried a few other sites, like zuliliy, but I couldn't ever find what I was looking for--particularly in my size. I am very short and petite, so I love the sizing that Sammy Dress offers. I can find shoes, shirts, pants, and more that will actually fit me on their website. Shopping at local stores is a challenge for me because of my small size. Just this past weekend I spent over two hours trying to find shoes that would fit me that didn't look like little girl shoes. I'm not joking or exaggerating. I wear size 2-3. I was able to find two pairs out of 7 stores. However, on Sammy Dress, I found over fifty elegant, lady-like shoes that would fit me. I would definitely (and have) recommend Sammy Dress to my friends. Granted, sometimes shipping takes a while, but that is to be expected considering much of the products from Sammy Dress are shipping from Korea. But overall, I have loved everything I have bought from Sammy Dress and will continue to shop there. I also love the "S Point" system. Very functional and appealing. They also have great deals.

Firstly, I am very happy with the variety and choices that the website provides - the clothing are all unique pieces. So far, everything I have bought has been of great quality. The best part of SammyDress is that the reviews of the clothing items are very HONEST and shoppers can post up pictures for everyone to see how the clothing looks like. This makes shopping a lot easier, because it allows you to have a better idea if the clothing item is what you're looking for. SammyDress isn't afraid to post up bad reviews about certain items, in order to maintain their honesty and transparency. Also, I really like the customer service system that they have in place - if i have a question or concern, I send them a message (or "ticket") and the customer service reps generally get back to you in a timely manner (within a day or 2). Finally, the timing of shipping is true and consistent to what is promised: 5-25 business days for Flat Rate shipping, My latest order made on Nov 30 arrived very quickly, within 12 business days.

I made two orders. One of the orders was missing two handbags. I asked them to replace the bags. I got none, then i asked for a refund, which i then started getting a run around for. I have two ticket numbers and they have stopped replying to any emails. Since the 27th november, 2014 they have promised a refund in 5-7 days, then they asked me to go to paypal who could not help. Sammy dress is a fraudulent company. They send a part of the products then hold back another part. They state you will eb refunded but there is none. Be very careful when ordering their products. The clothes are extremely small. I have never traded with such an awful online company.

The service was great and the clothes are really afforable. I recieved my items within a couple of days of my purchase.

If I could rate this horrible website a 0, I would. I bought a dress from this website as a present for Christmas this year, I even ordered it ahead of time to ensure that it would get sent out before all of the Christmas mail clutter being shipped everywhere. I thought everything was going great, I received my email giving me my tracking number. So, I searched my tracking number, and this stupid company sent the goods to the COMPLETELY WRONG COUNTRY! I ordered them to be sent to the U.S., and they sent the goods to CANADA! Why bother asking for my state (California, abbreviated as CA, probably where they messed up!) if you're going to take that as the country of origin! Especially when it asks for the country I live in! I will never order another thing from this company ever again! I tried contacting customer service about this asking for a new dress to be shipped to the CORRECT address, and they told me that they would only do it if I sent them the dress back (which I cannot do, as it's in CANADA!) So then I asked for a refund, to which they flat out told me no. So now, I'm going to my bank to file a fraud charge and getting my money back.
