I love the prices but sometimes the material is different from the pictures.
Why is it that if a customer provides photos of their cards, a screen shot of their paypal proving their account is linked, you still refuse to send out their order? You had already received payment and then 8 business days (5 days longer than the processing should have taken on the items, as per information on the site), you requested this information. I provided you said not suffficient and then CLOSED the customer service chat.
I reviewed and placed this concern on your site, only to see it is not showing. What an interesting way to do reviews, simply delete the ones you don't like. Keep a few tame ones etc but others making concern of the way the company does business, remove those ones.
Overall, they have good products, the customer service is CRAP. Do business ANYwhere else.

I was happy with my purchase. The clothes run small, though. Their customer service is great. They respond quickly and want their customers to be happy.
Ordered five items. Two days later my credit card was used for unauthorized purchases in Hong Kong totaling $630. Coincidence? When my items arrive (two months later), they would fit a child-- quality very poor. I try to contact customer service but very frustrating. For five weeks emails go back and forth with no resolve. They promise to refund all but shipping but I am still waiting. Their "live chat" customer service is non-existent. They keep emailing me telling me they will refund but nothing gets done. They say they need proof the size is wrong so take photos and upload to them of me taking measurements. Very frustrating. I try to go on line today to find out the status of the order I am trying to resolve and my account is now inactive? Still no refund. I try to access they customer service and that is no longer available either. Total scam. Photos on site are cute but I really wonder where they get the images. Clothes do not resemble images. Very disappointed in site, customer service, refund policy and overall experience.

I was going to order a few items, but was skeptical of the low prices, so I decided to look for reviews. I'm glad I did, as the reviews are so horrible, I don't know how anyone can order from this company after reading them. Oh, the nice ones are the first ones... Hoping you don't scroll further down and find the real customer reviews... I really think the ones on top are not from real customers, their pictures are pictures of animals or flowers, not pictures of actual human beings... If that doesn't tell you enough...

I have ordered from SammyDress several times so far and have been very pleased with my items. I am 5 foot and wear a size "medium" but being their sizes run very small, I just order an XLarge and it fits fine. Most of the material is lightweight but that is what I like. It is well worth the money. The jewelry is outstanding for the price and every piece has been worth what I paid. They give incentives (S points) and points for feedback and that is terrific. I have had no problem with this company and enjoy shopping with them. Shipping is well within reason considering the distance the items are shipped from. I will continue to shop and enjoy their products.
I received a message on my social media for a sponsorship from them and wanted to check them out before hand (figuring it was a scam)... This site is VERY disorganized and the person who messaged me had been messaging many other people on social networks in promise of "free" items and once information was given there was no response.
Most of their pictures are stolen from other sites or very low quality photo's that look to be personal.
Very unsure about this site, it seems to be involved in a scam or they have VERY bad marking team.

My order arrived missing two dresses. The ones that I did get are so badly made and such poor quality that I can't wear them, went by their size chart with measurements and they are all too big! The dresses also look nothing like their pics on this sight... Save your money I will never buy from Sammy Dress again. Am warning all my friends about them too...

I love SammyDress! This online store offers many good quality product for an affordable price. In addition to the low price, it offers promotions and coupons that make us save even more. Is not that wonderful! It's my second favorite online store!
I've purchased from Sammy Dress a few times now, and usually it has been a really good experience. Most of the times, the shipping has been reasonable, and the things I order are in good condition. There have only been a few pieces that weren't quite what I expected or were not in good condition, and only once did I have issues with the shipping, but I absolutely love some of the things I've ordered as well. I have a couple pairs of earrings that I wear all the time and am so happy with them! I've usually been pleased with the majority of the jewelry I've ordered.
This site is horrible I ordered some things form them the items became lost sent back. I will not be ordering from them again! The customer service is horrible also, you are not able to talk or chat with them, everything is through email. Which I have a problem with. A LESSON LEARNED!

This is my 2nd review. I posted my first negative review and sammydress responded. Here's my response:
I have been emailing sammydress... For over a month now. You keep saying you have refunded the money, but it's not in my bank account. Then you turn around and say that there's a problem with my card and I need to email 2 other people and ask them to refund my money. Seriously? It wasn't this damn hard to pay for my non-existent clothes, so why is it so hard to refund the money? Maybe because THIS COMPANY IS NOT ING BUT A SCAM. I'm sick and tired of the different excuses sammydress has given me. The clothes are out of stock, quality check, inventory issues, problems with credit card, PayPal account issues, etc. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SAMMY DRESS. You'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet.
