I patched up my hot tub cover with materials supplied and it worked like a charm. I accidentally chose to small a size of the vinyl bond agent. Then the rains came and my repair worked perfectly. Great materials. Thanks

I was happy to find 80" wide marine grade vinyl for my pop up camper. This way I can avoid seams in the roof. The quality is much better than what I found elsewhere. I was also happy that the description of the product described using it for tent trailers. This gave me confidence that this was the product to choose. I have cut out the piece, but haven't sewn it yet. That is why I haven't given it 5 stars.

Great company! They ship quickly. Thier products are good quality and affordable prices. I have bought several products from they and have been happy with everything I have purchased. My favorite being the hole punch drill attachment. It cuts perfect holes through 2 layers of nylon webbing in seconds! It cut my production time by 75%.

Headliner Hell!
October 24, 2019

My 1991 Benneteau 38 was in desperate need of a new foam-backed head liner. After carefully watching a couple of Sailrite "how to" videos on replacing headliners we went ahead and bought 3 yards of white and a can of spray adhesive. My wife and I decided to just do the head for now. She is quite a good sewer so once I tore down the old head liner and prepared the surface (by far one of the dirtiest, foul and challenging jobs ever!) she cut out the vinyl, hemmed the edges and together we sprayed on the adhesive (foam and boat) and rolled it onto the walls. It was a sweaty and fumey job with two adults trying to lay up this sticky mess but, in the end, it came out pretty good. Not a job for the faint of heart or under-commited. It's a royal pain in the butt but will make my old boat look new and fresh!

Worked perfectly with made in china awnings. The clamps that came with the Ebay kit clamped the awning on the wall from UNDERNEATH. How stupid and impossible to mount when 10 ft in the air. By contrast these Sailrite clamps worked perfectly.
Thanks.

I ordered waxed twine that I use for wrapping large bundles of tree trimmings. The twine is very strong, and the wax holds the twine together instead of slipping. Very fair price, came right away. Good communication

I ordered a 7/8" x 7' piece of alum tubing. Boy was I surprised when I received the package. I was worried that the alum tube would be bent in shipping. It came in a long heavy duty paper tube, 3/16" thick with metal caps on each end and the alum tube was wrapped in a plastic sleeve, good job Sailrite

This machine is awesome!
September 26, 2019

I have been sewing off and on for over 30 years and have several sewing machines for home sewing, quilting and embroidery work. None of my machines are strong enough to work on several layers of denim or canvas (I've tried, many broken needles). My husband and I recently purchased a used boat in need of new canvas covers so I purchased the LSZ-1 to do the canvas work myself. I've been working on several canvas bags to test out the machine before working on the boat covers. This machine is heavy duty and reliable (no broken needles). The getting started videos are awesome and easy to follow. I've watch several videos to replace the canvas covers on our boat, I've ordered all the materials from Sailrite and I'm hoping to have the covers done this fall. The only con is the weight of the machine. It is very heavy for me to lift the machine on to my sewing table when it's in the case. But that's what husbands are for.

I read the reviews on the shelter-rite with HH66 glue for repairing my hot tub cover and they are as good as they say. The application was simple. The ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. --

This is the best machine that I have bought. Used in over 40 years. It is so heavy duty, I am so happy. I am telling everyone I know. May possible buy another one.

The only drawback, is I wish the base had a plug in, so that I could plug into the base to the outleg, and then plug the light and the machine into the base. That would be ideal.
Also wish that it had auto needle threader for old folks like me.

But other than that, this is the best.

This is what online shopping is all about. Incredible videos and instructions, customer support, great website that makes it easy to shop. Fast shipping and great packaging. There's a price premium but often times it's worth it to support such excellent service and help.
