Ordered a half dozen samples of Sunbrella fabric. They arrived quickly. Samples were the ones we ordered. No issues.
I needed to make a cover for an outdoor sectional and I had no idea what to buy. The lovely people at sail rite not only told me what product would work best but they also let me know what thread and needles I would need for my sewing machine.
I am SUPER impressed!
Sailrite knows their stuff. They are a great resource. I wanted to make Roman shades. Sailrite had everything I needed including a step-by-step how-to video, a calculator to tell me how much in materials I needed as well as selling those materials. All great quality. I highly recommend Sailrite.

Products are great quality, and arrive very quickly, and are fairly priced. Just getting started with my upholstery shop which is almost a year old, looking forward to buying lots more parts and items from sale right, and even hoping to get one of your fabricator machines in the near future
So happy I found these. The aluminum ones at Amazon are so flimsy but these really hold up well through daily wearing. I wish they were a little wider for people with flatter noses, though. I just placed my second order!
Bought thread for my new Sailrite/Tandy machine. It has been great for my leather and canvas projects.
They did not work as I expected an threw them out. They did not lock or stop tarp grommet from falling off.
Sailrite always gets it right. I've been using Sailrite before and during pandemic. I see reviews of slow service. Please look at the dates and realize that was when we were in our most ambiguous times with Covid. Patience is the price we pay for family-owned companies.
Wonderful company to do business with. Love all the how to videos. We are just starting to see lots of different things for boats and a little upholstery work.

I can't say enough good about the Sailrite Ultrafeed LSZ or their exceptional customer service. I have a suite of Baby Lock sewing and embroidery machines, all domestics, including the Sashiko, but I needed something that would plow through multiple layers of pleated cotton and flannel for making masks and also something that would handle marine vinyl like a champ, and boy did I find it! This machine is a WOW! For someone like me who has never worked with a mechanical machine before there is a slight learning curve but it is a very short one that is shortened further by the plethora of online instructional videos hosted by Matt and his team at Sailrite. Between the instruction book that is very logical and easy to follow and all of the videos broken out by subject you are never at a loss for support. This is not to mention the friendly, capable support you can get by calling during business hours. But this is only part of the wow experience.
I had been mulling a Sailrite for years; despite my love for my other machines there was always something about these machines that drew me in. The walking foot was the main feature for me, and the zigzag capability. So by the time I was ready to make my move I was pretty clear about what I wanted. I called on a Tuesday morning, was greeted by a very capable woman who answered the few questions that remained after all of my research, and placed my order for the machine (Premium package), the industrial table, a bunch of the UV heavy thread, extra needles, and bobbins. She advised that orders usually take three days to process. Low and behold, four hours later I received an email from UPS indicating that my order had shipped! By Thursday afternoon, barely more than 48 hours after placing my order, the entire order was stacked in our foyer! Absolutely incredible customer service in any environment, let alone our trying Covid conditions!
If you are on the fence, wondering if Sailrite is all that it's cracked up to be, BELIEVE THE HYPE! Buy without reservation.
