Was about to order fabric from Sailrite but decided to give them a call in advance to make sure my fabric was sent rolled and not folded. I needed to order 2 yards and they assured me that anything over a yard would be rolled. Well, I received my fabric folded in a 12x14 plastic envelope. Reached out to customer service to replace the fabric and their solution was to refund the shipping cost and for me to work out the folds on my own with a wet cloth and iron. I even sent pictures on what I was using the material for and why it was important it not be creased. Not the product I intended to get. They should honor their word by replacing it shipped rolled as I was told in the first place.

I needed a small, specialized part for an industrial sewing machine to complete a project. Sailrite had the part and even though it was only a $6 purchase, got it to me in a couple of days. Great service!

Purchased a small anchor riding sail kit - not only did it come with great directions and step-by step directions via video on YouTube- but also ideas how and why to rig it! Haven't seen one out in the wild - looking forward to using mine this year

I have tried to purchase similar sewing machines from different suppliers. Some of them have never replied to my email some of them I have ordered, payed and it never came. Finally Sailrite delivered the machine and customer service was amazing, always ready to help. Machine works perfectly.

I absolutely LOVE my new Lsz-1 machine! It does exactly what I need it to do. I sew leather purses and it sews them beautifully. I ordered leather needles and a leather foot, but I haven't had to use the foot because the one that came with the machine works just fine. I have not seen any marks on my leather, but then again, I mainly use pebble leather.
I contacted Sailrite a number of times before I purchased my machine and they were very helpful. Replies were received quickly.
The directions for setting up the machine are extremely clear and easy to follow, plus Sailrite sends you videos to follow. They are excellent and answer all questions.
This company has thought of everything, plus providing excellent customer service. I really do love my machine.

One of the best sites to learn a new trade and source products. They have a long list of DVDs to teach anyone about sewing both home projects and boating projects. If you are interested in learning how to fix a old sling chair to cover a pontoon boat this site is the place to search out the information to get you stated.

My husband and I purchased a vintage all teak Cheoy Lee Lion sailboat a couple years ago. We've been restoring it since then, both inside and out. This is the second time I've used Sailrite for supplies and instruction. They have incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. The supplies are great and came quickly. I'm not a professional seamstress so my work isn't perfect, but it fit the need and was very satisfying to create. I couldn't have made my projects (complete set of 10 inside boat cushions and house balcony privacy screen) without their phenomenal online instructional videos. Have not had much chance to test drive but did do 3/8" thick webbing stack hand cranking monster wheel... piece of cake, initial impressions very favourable. Ruggedness of machine reminds me of Piper Pawnee aircraft I fly to tow gliders... yes, they are both built like tractors! Two parcels making up order came extremely well packed. UPS experience was interesting... Company seems to have an amazing air carrier element and ability to pick up parcels from suppliers but, due to Covid 19 and resulting high customer demand, delivery end is clogged. Received about 20 status e mails from UPS, with changes to delivery dates.
