Great first order
April 3, 2018

All the right products here quickly at a good price. That's all I ask for and Sailrite delivered! Hmmm, 100 character minimum for reviews?!?!? A little annoying, but Ill just say it again: All the right products here quickly at a good price. That's all I ask for and Sailrite delivered!

I ordered material on line and worried that the color might not be what I wanted. But it was perfect and the ordering, shipping and arrival was very easy! Love this site as I am making 10 Roman Shades!

Wish there was a package deal... instead of each individually priced... that's what I could've used.

After carefully watching Sailrite's Roman shade how-to video, I was pleased to find that they sell just about everything I needed for my project (2 window shades (5 1/2 ft. Wide and 8 1/2 ft. Wide). Shades of this size would easily have cost between $1000 - $2000 to have custom made, but I was able to make them myself for under $300. I priced out some of the necessary materials on Amazon and found them to be cheaper, but overall, Sailrite's prices are reasonable and they sell most of their items by the foot so I didn't get stuck with having to buy unnecessary amounts sold in volume. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in making Roman shades. Everything I ordered shipped in less than a week so I was able to get started right away!

The color headliner that I received is the the sample color i ordered.
And now, the review wants 100 characters in order for me to write the review. That in its self is extremely frustrating considering all I want to say is. The color headliner sample I ordered and paid for is not the sample color i ordered.
The min order requirement is ridiculous for a sample, the sample cost me $39.00 with shipping.

Great service
April 2, 2018

I was well pleased with the online ordering system. I do wish there was an option for amending an order. After placing my order I realized I had left off an item, and had to email Sailrite and ask that my order be cancelled and then start over.
The products ordered were packaged separately in plastic wrap which was nice. The quality seems very good.

I was very sad and a bit perturbed to have the zipper pull for the main zip on my much beloved, lightly worn and expensive to replace Gore-Tex jacket crumble in my hand a couple of months ago, just before the winter rain really started coming down here in the Bay Area. I looked at sending the jacket back to the manufacturer for repair under warranty but it would have meant being without it potentially for weeks when I needed it most. In searching Google for some kind of temporary hack, I found you (thanks Patagonia!) and could hardly believe, on visiting your site and watching a how-to video, that the perfect repair could be done in just a few minutes for a couple of bucks. I ordered 2 extra zipper pulls (exact replacement of the original) just to be prepared for future mishaps, and after speedy delivery and about 5 minutes of my time, my jacket is like new again. Thank you, Sailrite!

Match problem
March 31, 2018

The holes on the machine doesnt match with the swing binder attachment, its disappointing, the swing binder could have only 1 long hole and we can move it to fit with the hole on the machine, the other things are ok, and I cannot wait to star with my project thanks

Restoring an old boat
March 31, 2018

We purchased a 30 year old Bayliner Ciera. It's in pretty rough shape inside. Not bad outside. The vinyl and foam we purchased arrived so quickly. The boat is looking better and better. Your project instructions have been really great. We will be placing another order as we make our way through the boat. Thanks for everything.

Products are exactly as advertised, and very useful. There was a minor issue with one item; I contacted customer service, got a response within a few hours (on a weekend, no less!) and a replacement was sent the next day. Will definitely buy from these folks again.

I watched a Utube video from Sailrite on reupolstering a chair and found it very informative. The pneumatic stapler looked much easier than what I've been using and the staple puller definitely seemed easier. Haven't had the opportunity to try them yet but I'm sure they will work more efficiently than what I'm using now. Looking forward to this and future projects.

Generally two days to ship after order and three days to reach the west coast so average order takes 5 to 7 days if you are a west coast customer. No west coast service centers so only option is on line. So Sad.
