I have never encountered problems with Sailrite. Products are of excellent quality and shipping is fast and packaged well. Some items are pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for... excellence!

I received my order and it states it will only guarantee product if you follow the instructions, however, none were included so I havent tried using it yet

I wish it was easier to sew slowly. We opted out of a servo motor so it was more portable and stitching slowly when approaching corners isn't very easy.

It will go through anything and overall we are VERY pleased!

There are a lot of things I can't buy locally. As usual with Sailrite, this is a good product sold by a good company. It got here quick, was well-packaged, and was exactly as described.

Then, once you promptly receive your well priced products, you get the added bonus of video instructionals to help you create your project!

It was a pleasure selecting this fabric online. I received the swatch in a timely manner and placed my order--all online. The fabric arrived and it was exactly what I was expecting. It is currently at the upholsterer updating a chair and I am anxious to see the finished product.

I wanted to see the colors of the sunbrella fabrics before I ordered; and I am so glad I did. You really have to see what colors look like in your space and light. Now I know I can order in confidence. I almost made a costly mistake.

Great, fast service! Discovered seam tape and it is fantastic at holding difficult materials for stitching. I do custom leather and I hated working with rubber cement. Thank you!

Delivery of the machine was super fast! After setting it up (which has excellent directions), I had problems with the stitch length dial so I contacted Sailrite. The communication and problem resolution system that they have is second to none! Within about an hour, they had sent videos of how to resolve the exact problem that I was having! I love this company and their products!
