Order placed April 4th. Confirmed and said I would receive in 2 weeks. Didn't receive order until May 5th. And then I only received 2 of the 25 masks that I ordered. I received many other patterns and colors that I would never have ordered. Waited over 4 hours online for customer service as their phones are now disconnected and they still have not answered any of my emails. Finally received an RMA and was told I could exchange for all black only. Shipped everything back next day. Waited a full week after they had received the return before I contacted them. Waited online again, 3 hours this time, just to the customer service rep boot me when I asked about timing to get my replacement black masks. These guys might have been an ok company at one point but they are over their heads now and they are not doing anything to make it right.

Unbelievable

Customer service is a joke. Can not contact except via a 4 hour wait on chat. Empty promises of email that never show up. This place needs to go out of business. They can not handle one customer. No communication concerning backorders or issues. Business model is poor at best. 30 days to get no order. I understand times are different. But other companies have adapted and they have not. Shut the doors and start over. Will not take any calls. I have seen bad customer service but this has got to be the worst. I would not recommend them or the products they sell.

I'm not even sure they're a real company. I think they're just a website that collects money and that's it. I ordered 5 face masks, paid, have not received any other communication from them. No phone number, no email. Just a shady chat feature where you stay in queue FOREVER then they disconnect you. Complete trash.

SA fishing has taken my money on April 10 and still hasn't delivered my items by May 15. I would avoid them as I think they are a scam company because the also go by Alpha Defense for the same product and if you look at reviews its either a terrible experience or over the top fake reviews with nothing in the middle. Avoid Avoid these scammers

Wouldn't give 1 star but had to in order to write a review! Ordered over a month ago, they took my money the day of order still no product! You con only reach them via chat on customer service (yeah thats a joke) Waited several times for hours to reach someone on the chat. Tried several days until finally were able to reach someone. That person told us order would be here in 3 business days! Another joke its been over a week. Reached someone today (after waiting 2 hours) they now are saying it hasn't shipped yet and will be another 48-72 hours until it ships then another 7-10 business days for it to arrive! My advice stay away! FAR FAR AWAY! I own a small business and never in a million years would I treat any customer like this.

I placed an order with SAfishing buy 1 face shield, get 4 for free. It has been over a month now since I order and no tracking number for the shipping so no shipping. I have been patient because of the the Covid19 issues but it is getting really old really quick. Can't get a hold of anyone from.the company, have tried the Chat option and have waited and waited and then get kicked off after waiting for 45 minutes, they gave me an option of getting an email and still nothing from them. Not sure what my options are, I need the face shields for work so kind a stuck between a rock and a hard place. HELP

Worst service ever
May 15, 2020

I placed an order for 8 face shields, the order too 3 weeks to arrive. Once the order arrived it was totally wrong. They included a packing list which was exactly what I ordered, however the 8 shields that were in the box was whatever they could grab and throw in the box. I have emailed them multiple times with no reply. Do not buy from this company. Of the 8 packaged, I think 2 were ones that I actually ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY. I placed an order on April 12th, about a well later I got tracking info for a completely different order going to Nevada. I emailed and did chat multiple times. Finally got tracking for my order April 30th and it is now May 14th and package still shows its assay DHL in Florida. There chart doesn't work right, you call phone number and it says their closed, it's a complete joke and the worst and I mean worst customer experience I've ever had in my 39 years on this planet. I am now disputing charge with Bank! FYI I order from my normal softball sleeve company, sleefes.com which is in Florida also and had my masks within a week

Dont get sucked in by the "Buy 1 get 5!" ad. Shipping is super slow, so I ordered from somewhere else and it took forever to get anyone in the customer service chat to respond (5 hours). Just dont waste your time...

I ordered back at the beginning of April and still have not received my order. Not only that, but I have yet to receive any type of customer service help despite trying several times. They sure took my phone quickly, but at 40+ days and counting I have received no product.

So I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt when I ordered, don't do the same as me. I am an "essential" worker where face covers are required. Saw some of these cool designs and thought and decided to give them a try. Note: I wear hearing aids which make the ear loop masks doubly irritating so I wanted something different.

Not only did they take basically a month to ship, they didn't even get my very first selection right: Electric Orange w/ a reflector strip, but instead sent a regular neon yellow/green with no reflector strip. Orange is absolute favorite which is why I picked that first and was looking forward to that one the most.

Definitely disappointed and will not be ordering again. Gave 2* over 1* because they actually shipped product that will do the job required and didn't botch the ENTIRE order. Still avoid though. Dozens of other choices out there for companies.

I understand there is a global crisis and that their orders have increased. Their customer service is abysmal though. I placed an order over a month ago, never received a confirmation email, no one answers their chat "help" line and there's no way to get a status. I do see through my bank, that they have had enough time to charge me for my order. Nice.

Still waiting

I ordered on 4-24-20 They took the money right away and I've still yet to have anything to ship to me there's no updates or anything I continue to try to do their chat everyday and no responses I feel that this is a scam and now reading that everyone gets the wrong product that's really pissing me off If this was a good product I was going to go to the construction company and they were going to order tons of them for several hundred employees. Giving them to the end of the week to respond and reporting them to better business bureau filing a claim press for fraud

Purchased items in April after waiting several weeks and not receiving a order number or tracking information, I went and cancelled my order for $47.00 and requested a refund. Well my refund showed up for $20.00.

I went on the chat, since the phones are off and received no response.

This is after I waited in the chat queue for over 2 hours (signed on to over 100 people waiting) to request the original refund.

WHAT A WASTE of time and money.

I placed my order well before the covi-19 hit and I never received the product that I selected. I have tried to reach out several times through FB messenger and no response. I also selected their so call chat and once again no response.
Save your money other products out on the market place with better customer service.

I ordered 5 masks, which took 7 weeks to arrive. The communication from them about the delay in shipping was non-existent. When my shipment finally arrived, all 5 masks that I had ordered were incorrect. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that they were out of what I had ordered so they just randomly sent me 5 masks. Non of which I wanted. I almost feel like this company is a scam.

I ordered 5 face masks on March 22, got email on April 4th saying my order was being expedited in the next 10 days. It didn't ship until May 9th. Then when I finally got my order there was not a single pattern I ordered. They sent a little card in the package apologizing they had to change my order. Will never buy again.
