Amazing service. My logo was altered and emailed within a few hours! How good is that? I was dithering over 2 choices and asked Sapphire to do what she thought would look the best and I have to say it looked superb. Would definitely recommend. Wonderful custom graphics! Sapphire is a dream to work with and was very patient whilst we tweaked the design until I was totally happy. Saffy ran saffyloves design which she now calls pink polka lime design and she also runs spitspot loves, all of which she has ignored, blocked and cheated her customers. AVOID!
Stay away from 'saffy loves designs' once she's got your money she doesn't care about you. She's started a new business called 'spitspot loves' same story order from her website and get no reply from them when asking where your delivery is. If you comment on social media she will instantly delete your comment and ignore you. All I've seen about this girl is bad comments/reviews. DO NOT TRUST HER!
I have similar experience, money paid and no logo for several months, emails ignored.
She started a new business recently called SPIT SPOT LOVES it is located 20 The Thoroughfare, Harleston, Norfolk (thats what her FP shows) its a yarn type of shop. I wonder where our money goes?!?:)
This is wrong, small businesses are trying so hard and people like Sapphire Cameron are laughing in our faces!
Now under a new name of Pink Polka Lime, this 'business' has been scamming people to no end. Many of which I have come to consider as friends. It seems every day another person is accepting defeat and trying to move on, rather out of pocket. These are small businesses you are doing out of money, you should be ashamed of yourself. And stop making up ridiculous, manipulative excuses!
Many have tried to deal with it civilly but you have left no other option now. Also, you have no right to call people's home numbers when a number was never given to you, it's just weird and wrong
Please just learn to apologise to people and give them their money back; not 50% because 'work has beeb done' - if the work is not what they asked for, it's totally irrelevant.
I would avoid like the plague if at all possible, even then you might get scammed by some other method.
I purchased my business logo from Saffy a few years back and was happy with it. I decided to then order my business cards and a customised accounts book from her through her then Etsy shop. BIG MISTAKE!
I ordered and paid through Etsy. After months of waiting and numerous efforts to get in touch I never received anything. When she eventually got in touch she said she would post the following day registered post. I waited again but nothing arrived. I tried getting in touch through Etsy and emails but all efforts were ignored. I then posted on her Facebook wall and my posts were immediately deleted. I took screen shots as proof and contacted Etsy to make a complaint. Her shop was then closed down as apparently there were numerous other complaints!
My story got worse. As it had gone on so long PayPal couldn't refund me as it was gone past the date for a refund. Then I was contacted by a graphic designer who told me my company logo was a copy of her work and I didn't have any rights to it as I was led to believe by Saffy. Stay away from this girl- she is a thief!
I put an order in via the website and did not hear a thing for three weeks. I sent emails and facebook meassages which were either ignored or or given false promise.
I was told I that I could have a refund, I even received a screen shot of the bank transaction, the money still never arrived back in my bank. I am now being ignored yet again.
14 week later no order, no refund.
This business is fraudulent
Yes I do have a question, when is this con woman going to fulfill her orders or refund money paid in good faith?! She is a thief a liar and con artist.
