Saffyloves design is one of the most honest and creative design companies I have done business with. They are very straightforward as to what they can accomplish so much in a short time if needed. I am from AUS and i was up chatting with Saffy sometimes when i knew for a fact she should have been sleeping. She went above what i expected of her, especially after reading some comments but i am so happy i chose to ignore them - dont believe every thing you read online
Excellent product -- very fair pricing -- fast shipping -- and the customer service was stellar. I've had good customer service from other companies before, but they were REALLY quick to reply to me! I ordered on behalf of my wife as a present and i am so delighted with the outcome, and i had it all ready before her birthday, even better.
I have to write about this here, as after a year my campaign for my beautiful daughter Margot has gone viral, and its all thanks to saffy for designing us a key brand image- we have printed stickers, leaflets t-shirts etc all with this logo design and are beyond happy. I just thought i would add on here also that when she invoiced originally i expected to pay the full £45 for the logo, to my surprise i got a refund and was so shocked i went on and sent an email immediately thinking something had gone wrong, she went on to explain that she simply couldn't take the money from me and that i was to raise as much awareness as i could for my sweet girl and other sufferers of this disease. So if you don't think this shows she has a huge heart then i dont know what else would. Thanks Saffy, you sweetheart i will never forget this kindness you showed us and God will protect you from this nastiness x
I will absolutely 100% always recommend Saffy to my friends and family, i am so excited to work with her again n my 4th project. First order was the quickest of all, but i know that when popularity increases and demand then you have to be prepared to wait a little longer. I am even prepared to wait the 3 weeks which her turnaround currently is for business design. I just know that she will create something i love. She always does x
3 words. I LOVE IT. Thats all you need to know, I was looked after well when working with Saffy, her timescales were clear and i mistakenly took into account weekends but she actually sent everything and worked with me on a SUNDAY because of my timing error. Saffy you rock gurl! X
After ordering from Saffy i then stumbled across this, and obviously was totally shocked so i went back and asked for a refund as i was so scared this was true. She said to me she was part way through the design and even showed me her drawings and updated me the next day with the design. I was totally 100% over the moon that none of this was true and i am now the proud owner of a real official business with a logo and all! So excited for 2016 to come, thanks Saffy x

I am so happy i stumbled accross saffylovesdesign.com and glad that i didnt let the reviews here put me off. I gambled after seeing LOADs of good reviews and what do you know. No scam here :) so love my business logo and i even had some sticker designs for free just because she said she enjoyed working with me.
Hi, i just wanted to put in my ten pennies worth! I followed Saffy from the very beginning, from etsy where she sold me a premade logo design. I have never had an issue and she certainly never scammed me! We have had one communication issue but this was July '13 when she lost her Father- and of course i totally understood that, but at the time she still made the effort and let me know. I am happy and always will be because of the work and effort she put in to my website thanks love and dont let them get you down. Because really you never upset me and they are claiming you upset every customer you ever ever had x
So after knowing Saffy for the past 5 years over the internet i am shocked to see how many hateful things have been said, i just love how brave people are behind a screen. I have never once had an issue with any work from Saffy and recently ordered from her also and she was honest about not being able to take on work currently but i waited until she was available as she is the only one i trust to design my business stationery! My shop is still not officially done or open bc my plate is full and I'm still learning policies and trying to raise my 2 year old at the same time but I can't wait for my shop opening!
