They don't know what they have despite showing stock counters and will not inform you of out of stock, discontinued items, or backorders. This has happened at least three times and will not be happening again. Customer service, if one can call it that, is very slow to respond and unhelpful. Back to FullSource and North Safety I go...

Please search item #SFTPHYG*******032 on their website and take a look at the picture. The coveralls have BOOT covers. Unfortunately, that's not what you'll be receiving because the coveralls i received did not have boot covers. I contacted customer service and requested a refund but they refused due to their policy of not accepting refunds on coveralls. I literally purchased these coveralls thinking that I would get what was being advertised by the picture they posted for this item. At the very least they can upload the correct picture so that it matches the item that they're selling and stop misleading honest customers. This is borderline fraud.
