This is a good place to put this information I think. When I ordered my Gateway Starlite glasses, your own website could not find them even after I typed in the exact name from the last invoice that I ordered from you guys, I even tried the product number thing listed on the invoice, nothing. Somehow I eventually found some but the wrong color, and when I did select Amber Mirror it said they were out of stock and not available from you guys. Then I go to general Google search and type in the name and your site comes up as an exact match and you show them as in stock, so I click on it and it takes me to your site where magically there they are and in stock, wow. What a horrible way to order something, Why it just did not show up on your own search engine. Annoying

Disappointed in the fact that my products were not shipped to me properly missing items and very slow response to rectify problem.
