I paid $60 some dollars extra for next day shipping. After I ordered, I found out that what I ordered wasn't kept in stock. So I paid $60 extra for shipping for next day service. Ended up waiting like 10 days regardless. Nobody offered to refund it. If it's not in stock, tell your customers and give them their money back. Don't just keep it. I'll never buy from here again.

I bought 30 monogrammed safety vests. We ordered them on Feb 16th. They cost almost $300. The shipping was $115. After paying that much in shipping you would think that it would take less than two months to get here but you are wrong. It took nine weeks to arrive.

One hat came with the logo's name incomplete and also notice that on the ones we used if by any time the hat touches anything where the logo is, the logo gets like mark like is easily removed the ink that the logo is done with, is easily removed or if you pass thru a small celinging or throw it in the back of your car and it hits an item right where the logo is, it initially get a scratch on the logo, I use my nail to see the quality of the ink but like i touch it looks like nail polish and you can remove it easily and that's a little disappointing.
