Never got my boots in. Contacted customer service about the missing package and they told me I received it and they can't do anything about it.
We have been ordering hard hats through Discount Safety Gear for quite sometime and have never had a bad experience. Also, fast.

When I placed an order at the end of June it was stated it would take 2-3 weeks for the item to be shipped out. However, the item was shipped out after few days after placing the order, which was fine. But I was never notified by email that the item was shipped out and because when I placed the order I was thinking it would be shipped out in 2-3 weeks so I came back after 2 and 1/2 weeks to check the status of the order on the website. That is when I found out the order was already shipped via UPS. UPS did not deliver my order to my home but it was sent to a UPS access point for me to pick up. UPS never left me a pick up slip and I did not even know that was at the UPS access point. It was 2 days past the time for UPS to hold my order at the pick up place but thankfully UPS still had my package and I was able to pick up from there. If I was couple more days late on checking then it would've went back to the company as not deliverable. Why wasn't I notified that the item was shipped so I can track the shipping? This is a mistake on both the company and UPS (driver not leaving me a pick up slip to pick up the package). I give 2 stars since the company did send out the item earlier than expected but was disappointed they don't communicate enough regarding the order.

I had an issue on my order which was my fault and I sent an email to correct it and I got an email back to fix my issue the same day which these days is unheard of. Very good customer service
Was looking for some gloves made in the USA. The gloves are very durable and delivery was quick. I use them all around the house from car maintenance, to cooking, to household projects. Will order more when I get low.
Keeps our employees cool on really hot days. Employees seem to use them regularly.
Order work boots and received them extremely fast. Not to mention they were cheaper than anywhere else I could find them by about $25!

I received the product, unfortunately it was the first time using the card that I used and almost immediately after placing my order the new card was compromised and I had to get a new card, not sure what or how it happened but it happened from your website.
