Customer service was very nice and tried to help but the delivery took a long time and I couldn't get any answers as to why the delivery took so long.

I have been trying to place this order for over a month. Nobody responds to emails or will follow up. Now - because yall drug your feet and refused to followup with customer service, the smalls are out of inventory. Extremely frustrating. The 4 basics of customer service: 1) answer the phone (be accessible), 2) do what you say you're going to do (your word should mean something), 3) do it for a competitive price, 4) do it in a timely fashion. You guys failed all 4 of these miserably.

It took several days to send the samples; you charged us three set-up fees, which I understand but you did not inform us of this until a few days after the purchase; I have been sending emails to ask about the status of our purchase and letting you know that we have not received the hard hats and I have not received any response.

This is the only place that I have found that covers all of the things that I just listed and I'm happy with... I bought two pairs of durable water resistant work gloves Carhartt brand... I've had him for a few weeks now and not put a hole in either pair. Normally when I buy gloves,after the first couple times of use, I tear them up but not my two pairs from Carhartt
