They have very good products, I'm a commercial fisherman, the fish bibs and gloves I ordered are the best, beat other name brands out there. But my only complaint is the app is very lagging, and don't have to many sizes or choose on some products. Also to get free shipping you have to spend over $100, in this day and time that's a lot to buy. So please lower your free shipping deal.But other than that, its a bang for your bucks.

The ordering process was quick and easy and the products arrived in a good turn around time.
It took over a week for my boots to ship after my order was placed. Nobody from customer service bothered to follow up with my inquiry. Eventually, my boots did show up. However, it was long past the time I needed to have them.
Good Product, easy to order, good shipping time, good packaging
This boot, as I expected, fit perfect to size (9.5 M). It is a very durable mid weight, comfortable fit, both length and width. The quality in materials and workmanship is as all my previous experiences - high. The reason I rated this buy 4 stars rather than 5, is two-fold.
First, the color is not close to the picture online. I blame myself for not having verifying that, however. Second, and this could possibly have something to do with the color difference, by unlikely. The condition of the boot leather was not what any customer should expect of a new, unworn product. It was very dry and slightly covered in a dust as if the boots had set on a shelf unprotected for a long period.
Since there was no evidence of severe damage (scratches, cracks, etc) I cleaned and conditioned them up before wearing. They look great! It just took an additional amount of effort cleaning and conditioning. I don't expect that I would experience this situation a second time should I buy again from Discount Safety Gear. This is not my first purchase, and I've never had this issue before.
