When I placed my order, I received an email a few days later stating I would receive my boots after Christmas. I called discount safety and spoke to a representative. Who said they would cancel my order. Then I received an email later that day that my boots were shipped out, but I already purchased them through another website. I was not happy with the process however I did receive my boots before Christmas.
I found an obscure item on their website and was very pleased that the price was reasonable. I had to contact Support to ask some questions about my order, and they responded politely and promptly each time. Great experience overall.
