I was send the wrong product. I had to spend some of my vacation time making phone calls and prepare the wrong product for return.

Product was for half in. Drive not 3/8 in. Which I thought it was designed FOR cordless drill.

Ordered on line and the order showed up sooner than I expected. It seems to be everything as advertized.
Was not leaving a comment as previous experiences with company were much better than this time. In following up on return process I discovered that replacement order had not been placed or was misplaced. Customer service person may have been having a bad day but I felt like she was more concerned about getting damaged product back than getting replacement to me.
VERY EASY. HOPE IT'S THE RIGHT HARNESS!
We ordered tire covers, and measured our tires ahead of time. We didn't want to get too big and have the covers blow off. We chose the size accurate to our measurement, and they do not fit the tires. This could be more of an issue with the manufacturer information than the retailer, RVUpgrades. If we could just go into the store to exchange the covers, we would - we won't try to return them to RVUpgrades because we have the expectation that it would be more hassle than it is worth. We received our packages as promised and there was no visible damage to any products. RVUpgrades website was slightly difficult to navigate - it felt like we had to browse a lot of products to find what we wanted - the search returned results that didn't really match. HOWEVER, because of needing to browse so many products we found several items we didn't know were options and one of those was part of our purchase. As we continue to fix up our trailer, we expect to check RVUpgrades first before shopping other retailers.
I ordered 3 parts, I received free shipping. I received a call that the most expensive part was on back order. I couldn't wait so I cancelled that part. I stilled received the free shipping even though my order fell well under the $100.00 minimum. I'm always happy with your prices and service. Keep up the good work.
