Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Price was within my budget. The King replacement antenna was easy to install with the provided hardware. The power supply did not work but that is an issue with my RV. Even without the power booster the range is quite substantial.
I recieved the wrong part. I feel that process to get it corrected has been a bit slow and antiquaited. Wish they would stream line the return/fix problem.
If they have what you need, it's a good buy
