Overall my experience was positive. I only gave 4 stars because one of the products we ordered was no longer available, but still on the website. In fact, during this survey the unavailable product was listed to be reviewed. The company refunded the extra we paid for 2 day shipping when the products didn't arrive when promised. One of the items we ordered was to be shipped from the manufacturer, unfortunately the manufacturer did not ship it within the time frame for which we paid. RV Upgrades was very helpful and had that item sent from another distributor by 2-day air. The customer service was excellent. They were apologetic for the mix-ups and were always gracious and kind in our conversations. I will do business with them in the future.
