Would have given a 5 in all categories, but it took 3 tries before I received an undamaged light due to poor shipping procedures. The 1st light was shipped in only the flimsy box the manufaturer packs the product in, it was crushed! 2nd light was shipped in a second box but had no packing material between product and the shipping box so it bounced around insde breaking the glass lamp cover. The 3rd box came the exact same way as the 2nd light but was able make the trip. Makenna and Mandy were both professional and helpful.

Good experience. They shipped only 1.2 of the order, but when I call customer service they were aware or the mistake and were shipping the rest. Product easily installed, and works great.

Shopping here was very easy with products I haven't found elsewhere.
In-person returns would be helpful and less expensive for us in the DFW Metroplex. I have to spend money for shipping back to the warehouse when it is closer to where I live than it is to the post office.
Go above and beyond in customer service. Received defective fan. Called to report defective fan. Told them that we would be leaving town in a few days so we would be out of town and would not be here to receive shipment so they overnight-ed the fan at their cost. One of the best company's we have done business with.
