Easy to navigate
Website was very easy to navigate and purchase. Product description was miss leading, couldn't tell if product came with backing tape or know. It didnt come with backing tape so thats the reason I'm returning.

Good communication till there was a problem. The item description for a ball on the site showed 2-5/16 ball, I received a 2" ball with the same product #, when I contacted them for rectification they sent me an email requesting pictures. I immediately sent the requested pics and have heard crickets since. I explained that I was on a tight itinerary for a upcoming trip... still crickets. I ordered what I needed from amazon days after they failed to rectify and I have already received and installed it. We will see what their customer care does with this $8 ball I have sitting next to my computer.
