Your Jetconnex cables do not work with the pollack adapters, would of been nice to know that before ordering. You need to put that in the notes.
Shipping is too high
So far So good. Great price, hope that shipping goes well. Like the fact that you have a installation video of your products, that is a great selling feature!Recieved the CV**** on Friday and installed it in about 2 hours. Took more time finding a location for the unit and the routing than the actual install. Vac works great, a little loud but it is in a compartment and can close the door. Great product and will shop here again in the future!

Website claimed same day shipment...not quite. So far, my one order of 9 items has shipped in 4 different packages (and no, it's not too big to have fit in one large box or 2 small/mediums). Worst of all, the 4th package shipped today, over ONE FULL WEEK from the date the order was placed. Prices were good, but the speed of shipment was woeful. If I've got all the time in the world to wait for my items, I may consider shopping again...

Product and price were the best. Ordered on Thursday, goods arrived Saturday. The only thing missing was a copy of an invoice with charge slip attached.

I asked the young lady what was the weight of this unit & was informed that it was 50# and the ceiling unit, 10#. Imagine my surprise to learn upon delivery that the unit is 95#! I will still use the unit, but am a little querulous about putting over 100# on the top of my pop-up camper.

One shipment was returned to the shipper via FedEx directly. I never received it. After waiting to see if a replacement shipment would be coming, which did not nor was I ever notified, I had to contact Customer Service who quickly took care me. Very disappointed that even your facility rec'd the returned defective product and no one contacted me. If I had not contacted you I would still be waiting. Something for your guys to work on!
