The only complaint that I have is that I did not receive a delivery email on my purchase and did not know that it had arrived at post office. Everything else was perfect!
I was made aware of this product from our friends that had them for over two years. They gave me the company/ web site info which I saved on our lab top. When I went to the web site to look at the pads and price every item was out of stock at the time. It took one phone call to snap pads to not only get the right pads for our motor home but they gave me a dealer that had them in stock. Placed the order and received them within 5-days. Very easy to install and a great produce for the price. I would recommend this produce as a step up for your unit and a 5-star + for the friendly help by both parties.
