Shopping experience is fine...shipping costs are getting ridiculous! One of the products I received was obviously used and broken...contacted Customer Service and they had another one shipped immediately...received new as promised!
The product is great, the shipping speed was great too, but the shipping method (UPS) was too costly because of brokerage fee (30$). I had much prefer shipping by USPS instead...
