Packing could be improved, the threaded connection of the attachment broke the shipping box because the box was slightly too small. No real damage but could have been some.
Nice site, easy to get around and find what I needed - however - a13+ shipping charge for a4 hose when the other500+ worth of merchandise ships free is a huge turnoff. Other than that - you guys are A++
ALL WAS GOOD TELL I went to hook the unit up and use it. There was piece that was broken in shippment.I contacted rvupgrades the same day they were very good going to get me a replacement part shipped the same day that has been 11 days ago. Still have not received it are heard anything from anyone and have sent a couple of emails in the last day are 2 and have received NO reply. Looks like after the sale they may not care. I have a unit I payed for received it with a defected part they told me shipped me a replacement part 11 days ago I still have not received it and can not use my unit. And they seem to have no follow up are care a bit about me. I have checked It will cost me right at 22.00 to get the part plus shipping. I think they should overnight me the part. 11 days is long enough I think
