This is the first time a bought from RV Upgrades and I was 100% satisfied with my experience as well as the pricing and free shipping. I normally don't buy online but would recommend this company without hesitation to those that are looking for a fair price and quick response.

I Have used RV Upgrades on atleast 3 previous orders. They Great Customer Service. I have had to return an item due to the factory (not RV Upgrades) sending the wrong product and the RV Upgrades' customer service person was very helpful, fast and courteous. All of the orders that I have recieved (standard shipping) have been recived in less than 5 working days. This has been quicker than their competetors by a minimum of 2- 4 days.
It was easy and I really like the fact that I can use Paypal.
So far so good site is easy and straight forward I hope the end result is just as good!

I found you by accident when searching for a Auto transfer switch. Your pricing was competitive, but the free shipping was the winner. I ordered late on a Friday not knowing you were closed on Saturday, so my order did not get processed until late Monday. This was somewhat of a disappointment as I need the item. I only found out it had not been processed by contacting the store. I will not make the mistake of ordering on Friday again if I need the item quickly. Other than that the experience and timeliness was very good and I will order from you again.
