I ordered my item at 329pm and the VERY NEXT DAY, a UPS DELIVERY MAN AT 415pm DELIVERED MY TWO ITEMS AND THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED! Shipping fee was a little high but I got FANTASTIC RESULTS! Couldnt have asked for better service!

Easy to navigate, but my order was large and shipped out in many different shipments that arrived at several different times.They did not warehouse some of their products which were factory direct. This made for mutilpe shippments of little things that could have been consolidated. Overall, good service.

Found this product at rvupgrade for less money then other retailers or websites. The product was at my door in a couple of days. The product was exactly what I needed for the repairs on my 5th wheel. Next time I need another item for my 5th wheel I'll be checking out rvupgrade.
