The only problem was that when trying to pay with PayPal, it locked up and wouldn't go forward past the PayPal login page. I had to back up and pay with my credit card, which I prefer not doing.
RV Upgrade Store carries many hard to find parts. And they normally have the best prices with reasonable S&H charges.
The chat service was extremely beneficial, and having an A+ Better Business Bureau ranking and positive reviews helps to make the purchasing decision with no regrets!

Delivery was delayed due to weather
I was incredibly happy that your customer service was so prompt and courteous with my problem. My tote was delivered with incorrect wheels and the replacement unit was sent and received before I had the chance to send the original one back. Companies like Amazon that care as much about their customers would have expected to verify receipt of my return before sending out a replacement.
