I received the exact product I ordered. I am a little concerned that something may be wrong with my product. It should have come in a sealed plastic packet, however the product I received had been opened before I received it. Since the box it was shipped in was still sealed, I can only assume I was shipped a product which has been sold, opened, and returned. I ordered led strip lights and have not had an opportunity to install them. At this point, I am unsure if the product was sold and returned due to not working or why they were opened before being sold and shipped to me. When I order a NEW product, I expect to receive it with the packaging intact and to be a truly NEW product. I do not expect it to have been opened and used already. Hopefully the product works as expected. If not, I will be returning it.

I took 4 times clicking the submit order button to get the order placed. It was asking for information that was already listed. Not sure what was going on.
After the order was placed, all went smoothly. Good price and fast shipping.
The RV Air Conditioner was poorly packaged for its weight, and arrived with the housing bowed apart and a crack on one corner 1 1/2 " long. The unit was placed in a box on end, and surrounded by packing peanuts to 3/4 of its length. Then another box was inverted over the top and taped together.
The box was bell shaped from the unit shifting around. There was no padding for either end of the unit beyond a couple of packing peanuts mashed into the gap where the two halves of the housing are supposed to come together. I took pictures if you are interested.
Anyway, I loosened the screws and got the the two halve aligned. Other than the two corners on the end that was down, it look pretty good. On the end that was down I have a crack on one side, and the other side doesn't click and stay together.
I feel I can glue the crack but feel like there out to be some discount for receiving damaged goods. I have not installed the unit to see if it works yet.

The product I was looking for was much more expensive through other outlets. Simple research found your website. The purchase process has been very simple with no issues. Excited to get my product so we will be 100% with the trailer again!
Update: Product arrived in new condition as advertised. Easily installed and ready to be back out in the mountains!
