Web site was not as friendly as I would like. By mistake I chose 2 of the same item and could not edit it. I had to cancel the order and start over.

Below, it ask for my information so you can confirm I received my order. It makes no sense, I just placed the order, so how could I have received it?When I first tried to track my order, Your site would not allow me to login. I called and your rep said I registered two times. I am not aware of having done this. She cleared it up for me, and I had no problem after.
My friend ordered the same day as I. He too had a problem checking on his order, I think the same issue as I. He said your company appeared to have excellent software to collect payment, but not so good for tracking.
I would be surprised if you posted this due to the negative experience stated. I will recommend your company in the future, but giving caution on logging in and tracking.

Web catalog listed this item (butyl tape) as being a 30' roll. The rolls that I received were 40' rolls. I'm not complaining, just that I may end up with one extra roll.
