Only issue so far is the box was open upon delivery. The tape holding the box together was broken on the bottom. Appears to be handled roughly.

Shipping was delayed without communication advising why, had to call to find out what happened. Once I called the company they kept on top of the order. Would order again from RVUpgradestore. Installation was very easy. The unit is very good.

I got what I ordered and free shipping is great. The box was torn to pieces, but the product appears to be undamaged.

This is the second time ordering from your company thank you. I wish I can go pick my order at the eastlake warehouse instead of ups people drop it off at my house the box was pretty well beat up no damage to what I order but you can tell ups don't care about there job's and my product.
