You were the supplier of choice because you seem to have a real store in a real location. I am hoping for a quick shipment, then a quick delivery (considering I live only 1 state away).

I bought the telescoping brush to clean vinyl siding. The brush is very soft, which is good. The brush swivels very easily, perhaps a little too easily for cleaning siding. The telescoping section appears to be of good quality. I am very happy with my purchase and am extremely happy with the prompt delivery.

Bought a Rayzaar antenna and when it was received by us and opened we did not get the adaptar for the existing antenna. Called and was told there was a warehouse problem that they were working on and that it would take a few days possibly to fix. Was not told that another one was shipped out to replace it, nor any other information. We were not home when it arrived, my son had to package up the first one and get ready for UPS to pick up as we were not aware of it needing to be done. We won't be home for another 3 days and are not sure if it is going to work or not.

They ship ultra fast, and it would be very difficult to find lower prices. Not on this order, but the last one, I bought a proportional type trailer brake controller for $68. I really like it and how it works. When I later needed repair parts from the local RV store, saw the SAME MODEL controller on their shelf for $189.95. Most everything else you need RV related is about as much less priced as well. This time, I was looking for a certain item, so left items in the cart while using customer service to ask about it. Got a prompt answer, (within a couple hours) and then completed the order. All items were shipped the same day.
