I ordered a new door lock for my trailer. As we live full time in it, replacing the broken lock as quickly as possible was imperative. I placed my order online, next day air delivery. East peasy. The new lock arrived as ordered, but the unit was damaged in shipping. I left a voicemail which was responded to the next day. I asked for the replacement to be shipped overnight, as I had paid for the first unit. They granted my request and the new unit showed up the next day, no damage. Everything was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Great doing business with Rvupgradestore. Will certainly use them again.

My order came on time. But it is not the size I ordered. The size I ordered was 4-3/4 x 1 -3/4 with a 5/16 bore. The one I got only 1-5/8 wide. How do I return it to get the right one?
