Your website is so hard to order something. As a returning customer, I had to enter my e mail address and password 5 times and it still didn't work. I then had to "chat" with someone and they could not get it to work either even after resetting my password. I tried again 8 hours later and still had to enter it 3 times before I finally got it to work. I will have to reconsider ordering again in the future if it is this hard to order something.

Good product which will fit my RV well. Only issue was confusion on stock and delivery. I received an email stating the product was back ordered and not expected for 5-6 weeks. 2 days after that email, a new email told me the items were shipped, and they did arrive a day or two later.
