It was fine except I was supposed to get free shipping, but it wouldn't let me have it until I agreed to $7.95 shipping cost. Thanks for refunding my shipping cost immediately upon receiving my e-mail. I was very impressed with that response. I knew I should have had free shipping per the note on the web site, but I didn't really believe I would ever see it. I have shopped with you before and find the products I receive to be exactly as described. I am happy with your site and will continue to buy from you whenever I need something for my RV.
