1st rate RV store!
Our lounge table arrived well packaged but noted to have a crack in the wooden cup holder. The table was in good condition otherwise and I advised RVupgrades that it was something that I could fix so I wouldn't need to return the table but I felt that this was something that should have been noticed on pre-shipping inspection. My contact with the company told me she would check with the manufacturer to see if this was something they would ship out a separate table top and I haven't heard anything back but I appreciate the effort to mediate.
