I ordered two Maxxair vent covers. What I got was One such cover with hardware, new condition, and one used top only, no hardware. As I received the order loate Friday, it was not possible to contact anyone at the RV Upgrades store until Monday. I left a complete detail on their website. Monday morning I got an email from a Customer service rep advising that a replacement vent would be shipped that day, with their sincere apologies. I feel the response was the best it could have been, and I hold no hard feelings, but I question how such a blunder could happen unless their is zero quality control in the warehouse.

The price was the best I could find anywhere. The product is good quality, folds nicely, and is fairly light. My wife loves it. It has two latches: one to lock it into place when sitting on it, and another to lock it into place when folding it. The only thing it could use (and that I will probably shop for) is a detachable headrest.
The service and communication by RVupgrades was excellent. Item was shipped immediately after the order was placed and arrived on time.
Your prices are far better than Camping World.
I am tired of being ripped off by Camping world.
