Over all my experience was good. No notice of shipment was not good. While checking out I went back to look for another item which they do not sell and getting back to the checkout place I was was not very easy so I would recommend that you not stop in the middle of checking out.
This is not the first purchase from RV upgrades and probably will not be the last. Happy with their selection and availability.

Found what I was looking for fast with Keyword search, easy checkout.
Ordered two items only one showed up, Email said that they may come separate boxes. Waited three day no second box and no tracking number. Contacted customer service and Erinn promptly sent out the second order, but no tracking number. Had to contact customer service again and promptly got the number and found hose was on the way and received it two days later.
Over all web site and check out are easy to use, found what I need after looking at a lot of other sites. Other than the mix up with the order and tracking number Erinn at customer service was very helpful with quick action emails. Thanks!
