Easy and exactly what we wanted.

The website was easy to navigate through, there was good descriptions and pictures of the products. Price seemed very fair after comparing it other sites. I received everything in a timely manner. What else could you ask for?

Item tracking number was not correct, so I was not sure that it had even been sent to me. Customer service rectified the issue, and I did receive the unit Nov 1st.

Placed my order on a Sunday evening - it was shipped Monday and within 36 hours it was on my door step. I didn't even check the tracking number until Wednesday and it had been left on Tuesday afternoon. Have no idea how UPS Ground good deliver a package in less than 36 hours traveling 963 miles plus going through 2 sorting depots. Somebody is really quick. Total service 5 star from order to deliver.

Best price I could find. I ordered a TC5001, on the same page you have the number TC9804 and the installation instructions for a TC9804. I must have the TC5001! The person on the phone assured me I would get the TC5001. And I did.
