Need to verify / validate your inventory for your on-line orders. Your team responded in a wonderful manner and got the parts that I needed but...suggest that once a week, that 2 to 4 hours and pick 10 to 15% of your inventory and verify that it is physically in inventory. This is something that we did at a rather large company and it help to catch errors - which will always be made.
