I could not use what I ordered, but no fault of Rv upgrades.

Should have signed in before going to checkout. I had to re-enter info after signing in. One of the 4 items shipped was damaged in shipment and was returned to shipper. Was reshipped and received within 3 days. I really like the QUIET water pump. Great prices and quick shipping.

First order got 'lost'. When I emailed the customer service rep simply said it was a special order and would take 2 weeks rather then actually checking on the order. I emailed again 2 weeks later and that rep actually called dometic and found out the order was 'lost'. If the first person had done that I would not of had to wait for it to be reordered
