Multiple orders with crooked and off center designs. Customer service arguing that it's "ok" and "industry standard" to be crooked and off center.
They reprinted all our "bad" orders only to miss promised deadlines and we then received reprints that were just as bad, if not worse, than the original. When we contacted they were again argumentative and were less than interested in helping the issue. We sent over 20 images and they still were argumentative.
They make no effort to please customers, they only want the sale. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I ordered 2 t-shirts with graphics. One came out very well. Another had a graphic and text that were supposed to be predominantly red, but were orange. After getting 2 more shirts thar were still orange, I put up a negative review here
Heather from customer support contacted me and had to make multiple calls to reach me but persisted. She personally oversaw another attempt at the shirt on a short sleeved shirt. When that looked good, she had the long-sleeved shirt that I originally ordered printed. What was really cool was that she sent the short-sleeved shirt on with no charge. The design, in the end, turned out beautifully. I gave 4 stars; if I'd been reviewing Heather, it would be 5 stars.
Overall, I would order from RushOrderTees again and would recommend them to someone else.
Due to the multiple size and style garments I'd requested, the sizing of my design logo on each (size) garment presented some challenges. Not least of which due to my ignorance of how flexible the design process works. However, Tim and his team were incredibly patient and talked me through the process, offered ideas and recommendations until we arrived at a great solution...including font options which were unavailable anywhere else I'd tried.
Bottom line - The first rate customer support, regular communication both by phone / email and the overall collaboration on my project was indeed "Above & Beyond". I would highly recommend RushOrderTees to anyone for their needs and will most definitely be using them again for mine.

A t-shirt was missing from our order. I called the customer service line and was able to speak to a real person with only two clicks - very important. Jessica answered the call and I let her know that I needed my replacement sooner than 7-10 days, and she spoke with the team and informed me that it would be expedited and arriving sooner than needed. The whole call probably took less than five minutes, she was very nice, and my issue was resolved. The customer service is a big issue for most places, but not here. They are on top of it and it's greatly appreciated, thanks!

Had a problem I created with a mistake. A person,yes, a person answered the phone and fix me up in 2 minuets.WOW. Where does that ever happen anymore. Awesome

Thid time was the charm. After leaving a couple reviews I was contacted by their customer service rep who wanted to fix the problem. She was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. A new CORRECT order was received within a couple of day and everything was right.
First time I received my order they forgot to put the design on the back of shirt so I had to send back. When I received my new order the front design (left chest logo) was crooked and some shirts the logo was to far center. Frustrated to say the least
They self approved our art and went on to print tshirts that were incorrect. It takes forever for them to respond when theres an issue and in the end never solved it and we have been left with a bunch of tshirts that cant be used and no refund. If you're just looking for some blah quality product rush order tees is for you. They pretend its personalized service but its another bulk, low quality with little attention to detail tshirt making factory

I was hesitaent, as I assume chat is automated response. I was pleasently surprised to meet Luke on chat and Luke tried to navigate me on the sight. I was having challenges. Luke patiently continued to asisst and offered to do the edit of design for me so I woyld not be further frustrated. I am vey pleased.
