Justyne was so helpful! I have been looking for a vendor with a quick turn around time for 2 logos with multiple logos. She spent time with me to check stock of 14 different items to ensure my order will ship quickly and was so patient. She commented on quality and color shade to help me pick options for staff. Based on the customer service alone, I will be ordering with Rush Order Tees!

This was as about as easy as it gets. Ordered on a Monday and selected the fastest shipping option cause I waited till the last minute. Shirts arrived on Wednesday. Event happened Thursday morning - everybody was happy.

I ordered a t-shirt March 28th. Without paying for expedited shipping It was scheduled for April 10-13. Today is the 14th and still no sign of the T-shirt. I called USPS and gave them tracking, they say it's not in their system yet. I call rushordertees and they say it's at the local post office maybe it will be there today. Bottom line is 21 days to produce a screen printed t-shirt and ship it from Pennsylvania to NY should not take 21 days. The company is called RUSHordertees!? The worst part is the customer service reps are all condescending. Like they think they are doing you for being so awesome. I got news, rushordertees.com is one of the worst e-commerce stores I've ever done business with and this was my first and last time. It's screen printing, not cracking the atom. Just go to someone local and have them printed. My mistake for trying to order a $30 t-shirt online and have it delivered in less than a month in the year 2023, what a monumental task.

It couldn't have been easier designing and ordering. I tried to go local and they wanted vector files. Found your site designed, ordered and done in a hour and no vector files needed. Shirts arrived and WOW they came out great. Quality of tshirt is great and I'm super happy. Big thank you for being awesome! I will be back to purchase again.

Don't except a centered logo something so easy as that seems to be a struggle for these people, and if you try to reprint them don't expect one since even if you measure out and show it's over their margin of error they won't give it to you. We're trying to give our customers quality product but I guess that is a struggle or just not important to them

I found a site that could do a lot cheaper pricing than Rush Order Tees. While unable to price match, Tyler was able to come really close, and for that quality of service and product, it was still a no brainer to continue purchasing with Rush Order Tees.
