As a 1st time orderer, I was thinking my two separate orders would ship together. After seeing one was marked shipped and the other has not, I messaged them. Glad I did because I although I was getting my order in the time frame that was expected on their end, it wasn't going to be here in time for me to hand them out at my event this weekend. Well, Luke L. Saved the day with his quick responses and moved my order up to be delivered in time for me to package them nicely for this weekends event. :) (This was unexpected as it was my fault as I could have ordered them sooner or choose the faster shipping options.)

I admit, I was disappointed when my original order arrived. The color of the print didn't match what I saw on my iPhone, and I had no idea that the finished product would be different. I immediately made contact with Laura in Customer Care. It took a series of emails, to which Laura was consistently responsive. She worked with the design studio to resolve the color issue, and was able to offer me a substantial discount to reprint the shirts. I felt that was in order, as the color discrepancy was not entirely my mistake.
Laura was very prompt with her communications to me. I was never left in the dark. I haven't received the reprinted shirts yet, but the receipt indicates it will be in one week from today (5/1/23). That's an amazing turnaround, since I'm on the opposite end of the country (San Diego). Laura's messages have always been very professional and to the point. I'm happy that I was connected with a Customer Care specialist as proficient as she.

I am a first time user and I am extremely happy with the purchase. The website was easy to understand and use. The shirt was quality - good weight, good fit. Probably a better price deal if you buy in bulk. I only needed one shirt for a gift. I was nervous about the cost but I needed this in a hurry. Very happy!
